Templates can be provided and this is a safe space where you can talk about your finances, sales forecasting and more importantly how this will impact your cash-flow. If you want us to review your forecasts and support with where it can be improved, then please come along.

It will help you to explore and communicate your business proposition and value to your customers to aid planning your marketing, operations and finance strategies.

If you want us to review your business plan and support with where it can be improved upon then please come along. You may not have started a formal business plan and want to know where to start then this could be for you. We can provide a range of templates if you need them as well.
This face to face workshop will help you understand and implement business design thinking, lean and agile concepts into your current business models to help explore future opportunities for your business. Identify where innovative solutions are needed to overcome barriers to growth and sustainability, look at current opportunities to grow your business as well as new ideas. You will work through the tools to implement a new workable business idea within your current business.
