This interactive workshop will use a range of technology, tools and principles to help you effectively identify, evaluate and validate new business opportunities. We will support you to build an architecture that allows innovation to thrive throughout your business, while managing the risks of disruption.

We have a range of design thinking and lean validation methods to help you to maximise potential opportunities and income streams.

Please note that this is a series of two workshops, with the first session taking place on 28th April. A subsequent session is held on 29th April (from 9.30am to 1.30pm). All events are held online using Zoom.
