These sessions will help you define and refine your business model, communicate your business pitch, work through your value proposition, design your customer experience and customer persona and look at customer pains and gains. It will help you to explore and communicate your business proposition and value to your customers to aid planning your marketing, operations and finance strategies.
A really useful and beneficial session to those people in the planning stages of launching their business and those who are early stages of trading.
This workshop takes place over four half-day sessions. The first on the 26th April, second on the 27th April, third on the 12th May, and final session on the 13th May. All sessions run from 9.30am to 1.30pm and are held online using Zoom.
